I've abandoned DA. I feel kind of guilty about it, considering I got a DD a little while back, but I have excuses. Number one being work. Working as a graphic designer's great, but after six hours of fiddling in Photoshop and InDesign all I really want to do is eat ice cream and watch Intervention.
So the last time I made a real update I mentioned I was moving into an apartment. Yeah, I did that and it's awesome. I'm poor as hell but it's completely worth it. Work's going well too. In January I started working on the paper's website and that's been unofficially (we haven't advertised it) up and running for a while now. It's definitely taught me though that I'm not really cut out to be a full time website designer. Glad I didn't jump into that track when I had the chance.
I don't know if anyone really noticed, but I went through a really tough streak last year. I mean REALLY tough. Honestly it really killed my creativity for a while. I'm still on the mend, but hopefully I can get back into the swing of things soon enough and start spamming your inboxes with new work.
